History
I started this company on 17 Sep 2018, which is 6 years old today.
The name "Portal" or "Portyl" is a derivative of "touchportal", the username that I had chosen 12 years ago.
The old brand was "P0RT4L Studios", however the word was harder to describe and very unsightly in lower-case. During the rebranding phase, the old brand name was dressed up with a new font, which produced the current iteration of the logo. Many people read it as "Portyl" and the name stuck ever since.
