Frozen Chilli is my second track ever! Still learning and on the music grind to become a producer.

This song was made in Studio One 4 using default presets bundled with the software. The actual final track was produced in a day, but the main melody was generated naturally after listening to a few hundred hours of k-pop and pop music.
The name Frozen Chilli came about while testing out sounds for the main melody. The lead synth could be tuned down to have a chill vibe and turned up to give the song a kick. Other than that it doesn’t really have any meaning except that it made for a pretty color palette and single cover.
This was more of a fun project than anything, I wanted to make an interesting audio visualizer in a day (and render it through the night) so I kept it simple and it turned out to give a retro vibe. Admittedly the boole function caused quite a few mesh glitches so I added film static to disguise it as an intended effect.
The video was created in Cinema 4D, rendered with ProRender, and edited using DaVinci Resolve.
