Designer’s Note
It was designed to look very sleek and rounded without any care for functionality. Partially inspired by the Microsoft Surface products, it would be connected using magnets, allowing it to be seperated at will.
The iPhone XX is not a real product. Obviously.
This project was a second-year group project at Temasek Polytechnic. My group had five people in total.
Everything was rendered in Cinema 4D using ProRender. The PBR workflow makes all the materials look natural as compared to the standard workflow taught in school. The lightboxes that can be seen in the editor are also created by me, for the purposes of creating realistic soft-lighting for this project.
